My Coach House Garage

Erection day was unbelievable! Arrival @7:30 AM and leaving at 12:50 PM...the construction men was something to watch as they unloaded the two trailers and proceeded with the erection. All of the pre-assembled walls and trusses, doors, roofing, siding, trim, etc. came together perfectly.

My wife was impressed that they wiped down the siding to remove any marks or smudges, cleaned up any debris, and made sure any questions were answered before they passed on the keys. I was really impressed by the (4) workers knowing exactly what needed to be done and when. They worked like a precision clock.

We have had numerous compliments from friends and relatives as to the excellent quality of the construction.

My daughter and son-in-law live at the residence where the 24' x 30' garage was erected. My son-in-law couldn't wait to get his workbench, tools, shelves, Cardinal & Nascar stuff moved in. My daughter was happy to have a secure place for their (2) vehicles and to block the unsightly residences to the rear of their home.

The biggest plus to this "build" is that it was completed in a short time and with high quality. The concrete done in one day and the garage erected in a half a day. No materials stored on site, no weather delays, no special lifting tools needed or numerous hours/days spent erecting as so with a "stick" build construction.
