Let me tell you why I love my Coach House Garage. After three estimates and reviewing the price and quality from each, we contacted the salesman, Mark McCollom, Coach House Garages of Mt. Zion, IL and from that moment on, we knew we were in good hands.
As we planned the space where it would be built and the size that we could afford, the siding that would match the house and the roof color that would also match, the windows, doors, outlets and the timeline for the workers to come and start the process; it was one of the finest and least stressful purchases that we have EVER made.
First came the footing, then the truck with all the lumber and actually the garage itself. They started at 7:30 am and were done by 2:30 pm. I could not believe the workmanship and team effort that was performed. The electricians finished up and everyone did an awesome job. It was amazing to say the least!!!!
As our neighbors and friends and family come to see it, they all comment on how well built the garage is. That pleased me as well.
My husband and son passed away within one year from one another. They had hand tools (lots), an MG sport car, motorcycle, and many personal belongings that we are not ready to part with. I needed somewhere to store these items. We had rented several storage units for a few months, and felt this will be so much better and more economical. My other son and grandson finished the inside with insulation ande drywall and shelves. I also have a bay for my van. At 72 years of age, it's the first time in my life that I do not have to scrape windows in the winter months. The Coach House Garage has made the property much nicer, it is beautiful and the value has increased considerably.
Everyday I thank God for the blessing of having the privilege of owning a Coach House Garage. I also thank Mark McCollom for the constant checks he made on the progress and our satisfaction of the purchase. I not only like the Coach House Garage, I love the beautiful building and the space and comfort it gave me to use for the wonderful memories of my son and husband.
