A Very Worthwhile Investment
When we decided to replace our old garage we looked at a few different garage options: other building contractors, buying the materials and hiring a contractor, and buying the materials and building it ourselves.
When looking at the construction of the garages by other contractors, we liked the way Coach House garages were built. In checking on buying materials and hiring a contractor or building it ourselves, we found it was not any cheaper and we weren’t sure how much time would be involved. Plus, we were still looking at concrete and foundation work.
Once we decided to go with Coach House, the process was very pleasurable. They took care of everything in a very efficient and timely manner. We were working with a very limited area and the removal of an old garage floor and foundation. They took care of the concrete contractor, city permits, coordinating the whole process, etc. Everything went as planned and they kept us informed during the entire process.
We had planned to be here the day they build the garage, but that didn’t work out. The crew was here on time; because I passed them leaving for work and they were completely finished by noon. Several of our family members came by to take some pictures for us and watch the project. They were amazed at the way the crew worked together with just hand tools. They described it as if the crew was choreographed. Everyone was amazed at the garage being completed in about four hours.
The garage is used for two vehicles, lawn equipment and storage. We have added a work shop on one end of the garage, by adding an interior wall with a door. We contacted Coach House about obtaining a door to match the exterior entry door. Again, we were taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner
We love the garage and it has been a very worthwhile investment. It provides a shelter for our vehicles and a work area for my husband.
We have had the garage for several years and have had no problems with anything to do with the garage. From the beginning we have gotten nothing but compliments on how nice it looks and continue to get compliments to this day.
In addition, we have recommended Coach House to several people and would definitely use them again if we needed another garage.
