A Job Well Done!
I checked with several contractors in town and did not find enthusiasm nor interest in a complete, timely project. I always liked a garage down the street from us and found that Coach House was the builder. I called Dave Schrock who gladly provided us with estimates (plural). We had trouble making up our mind on size, doors ,windows,color, etc.
After settling on a design and getting an estimate, I decided to give our local lumber company a chance. I told them that I had an estimate from Coach House. They said that they could not compete and they would be wasting my time and theirs since you folks are in the garage building business.
You did it all: Acquired building and demolition permits, removed old building, did all excavation, 30x36 garage build in one day, all concrete pours including footer, floor , and approach slab.
I wanted to get the lights up and the entry door painted and decor applied last year but had to wait for the weather to improve. Our garage is so nice we hesitate to fill it with "stuff" from our old garage. Even though we have been retired for nearly 20 years we decided we can enjoy it and it will increase the value of our home and ease of selling later.
A job well done!!!!
