Absolutely The Best Investment We Ever Made
We built our house in 1976. At that time, to cut expense, we had a 1-car garage constructed. Needless to say, over the years our one car garage was approaching the status of a storage space minus the car. About 3 years ago, we were looking at buying a shed in order to store lawn equipment and other items we had accumulated over the years. I saw an ad for Coach House Garages and decided to give them a call. Mark McCollom, from the Mt. Zion office, came by and gave us an estimate. After contacting other garage builders in the area for quotes, we decided to have coach House build a two car garage for us.
The concrete was poured and the garage was built in oneday. Wow. It is absolutely the best investment we ever made. Following a windstorm, Coach House came our and replaced a few shingles free of charge. When the garage door opener quit working, Coach House sent someone to fix it - once again, free of charge.
The garage looks as good now as the day it was built. Mark has been a terrific person to work with. We live on a farm, as you call tell from the photo. One day, while we were having fertilizer spread, the spreader ran into the corner of the garage. You can tell from the photo that I now have an anti-spreader post at the corner. Coach House repaired the damage within a week. Once again, wow. I am really proud of my garage.
I also recommended Coach House to my brother-in-law and he had them construct a 4 car garage at his home in Decatur. He's very pleased with it.
